KlikGefixt — local HEIC/HEIF photo conversion

The optional browser HEIC/HEIF decoder uses the unmodified heic-to 1.6.6
package by Hopper Gee. Its package metadata declares LGPL-3.0. Its LICENSE
permits version 3 of the GNU Lesser General Public License or any later version.
The exact installed package license is supplied in heic-to-1.6.6-LICENSE.txt.

The readable KlikGefixt worker wrapper and client lifecycle helper are supplied
with a rebuild/relink recipe in heic-worker-rebuild/ and as a single download:

The recipe explains how to substitute a locally modified heic-to build while
preserving the deployed worker message interface. Source checksums appear in
heic-worker-rebuild/SHA256SUMS.json.

Embedded HEIC decoder components

The installed CSP decoder's build header identifies libheif 1.23.6, compiled
with USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0 and LIBDE265_VERSION=1.0.16.
